Interviews are high-pressure, and most people walk in without a real plan. They rehearse a few answers, hope the right questions come up, and wing the rest. That leaves too much to chance.

A one-on-one prep session with a recruiter gives you something better than confidence. It gives you clarity. No generic scripts. No recycled advice. We build a plan around the actual job you're going after.

Here's what we'll cover:

Reading the job description properly. Most postings tell you more than you think. We'll figure out what the hiring manager actually cares about, so you know what to lean into and what to leave out.

Handling the hard questions. Weaknesses, gaps in your résumé, a project that fell apart. These come up, and how you answer matters. We'll work on honest answers that don't hand the interviewer a reason to pass.

Talking about what you've done well. There's a real gap between underselling yourself and sounding rehearsed. We'll find the right tone so your wins come through clearly without sounding like a pitch.

Reading the room. An interview is a conversation, not a presentation. We'll talk about how to pick up on what the hiring manager is really asking and how to answer the problem behind the question.

Making the case for you. By the end of the session, you'll have a clear, specific answer to the question every interviewer is asking themselves: why you, for this role, on this team.
